Rob Kaiser has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing research and analytics. Rob currently serves as the Treasurer Elect at Insights Association West Chapter. Prior to this, Rob worked as the Executive Vice President of Data & Analytics at PSB Insights, where they led advanced analytics, data processing, and AI initiatives. Rob has also founded their own consulting business called StrateSci Inc., specializing in advanced analytics and strategic marketing research. Rob has held various roles at different companies such as UCLA, EarthLink, Maritz Marketing Research, and The Research Spectrum, where they taught courses, managed marketing functions, and developed client relationships. Overall, Rob's experience showcases their expertise in analytics, segmentation, brand equity measurement, pricing strategy, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
Rob Kaiser completed their Ph.D. in Personality/Social Psychology at the University of California, Riverside in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Psychology from the same university in 1991. Rob also pursued MBA coursework at the University of Southern California.
