Lindsey Carlston has work experience in multiple roles and companies. From December 2008 to November 2013, they worked at Hennepin County Sheriff in various roles such as Sheriff's Clerk and Evidence Specialist. In December 2013, they joined PSB MARS as a Human Resources Manager and later progressed to roles like CMS Director and Compliance Management System Director. Lindsey worked in the compliance field until at least April 2017.
Lindsey Carlston obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. They also received certification as a Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, in January 2020.
