Sandra Holzgen has over two decades of experience in human resources. Sandra most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at PSECU since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at PSECU from March 2020 to March 2021. Before joining PSECU, Sandra worked at Macatawa Bank as the Chief Human Resource Officer, Senior Vice President from July 2017 to March 2020. Sandra also spent several years at Fifth Third Bank, where they held various senior HR roles, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Vice President, SR Human Resources Business Partner for the Consumer Bank. Sandra's expertise lies in strategic HR initiatives, leadership development, employee relations, and talent development.
Sandra Holzgen, MSPOD, holds a Master's Degree in Organization Leadership and Change Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Sandra pursued this degree from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication at Aquinas College - Grand Rapids from 1995 to 2006.
In addition to their formal education, Sandra has also obtained a Prosci Change Management Certification in August 2015. The institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
