Joanne Modiest is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in labor relations and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Labor Relations Partner at PSEG Long Island LLC since March 2014, Joanne has also held positions as an HR Consultant in Labor Relations and previously worked as a Human Resources Senior Specialist at National Grid and a Human Resources Specialist at KeySpan. Joanne's early career included a role as a Telephone Collection Representative at Long Island Lighting Company. With a degree in Organizational Management from St. Joseph's University New York and a professional certificate in Dispute Management and Resolution from Cornell University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Farmingdale State College, Joanne possesses a strong educational foundation that complements extensive professional experience in the field.
