Vivek Padmanabhan

Vivek Padmanabhan is the Co-Founder and President of PSG Global Solutions, where leadership encompasses technology, operations, and strategy for over 4,000 employees in the United States and the Philippines since 2008. Prior to this role, Vivek served as a Founding Partner at Oak Knoll Capital from February 2008 to September 2022 and held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Shared Services at eTelecare Global Solutions between January 2004 and February 2008, contributing to the company's public offering in 2007 while overseeing a team of more than 14,000 employees. Vivek's early career included consultancy work as an Associate at McKinsey and Company, where work spanned various industries, beginning as a Summer Associate in 2001. Educational qualifications include an IMBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Computational Mechanics from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
