Mike Smith

Mike Smith is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the PSG group of companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at PSG Financial Services since June 2013, Mike previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at PSG Wealth Holdings for a brief period in early 2013. Prior to that, Mike was the Group COO and later appointed CEO of PSG Asset Management Services Division from April 2009 to February 2013. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at PSG Online and Group Financial Director at PSG Investment Services. Mike holds multiple qualifications, including CA(SA), B.Com (Honours), H.Dip Tax Law, and H.Dip. Advanced Company Law, acquired from the University of Witwatersrand and Sandringham High School.
