Michael Franco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career as a Research Assistant at Boston University - Center for Space Physics in 1993. Michael then worked as an Applications Engineer at PANAMETRICS, INC. from 1995 to 2002. Following that, they joined GE Power Systems as a Commercial Engineer from 2002 to 2004. Michael then worked at GE Industrial as a Process Segment Leader from 2004 to 2007. Michael further advanced their career at GE Energy Services as a Segment Leader for Automotive, Industrial & Process Segments from 2007 to 2010, and later as a Regional Sales Manager from 2010 to 2011. Michael then joined GE Oil & Gas as a Regional Sales Manager from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked at AMETEK as a Regional Sales Manager from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Americas Sales Manager at PSG, a Dover company since February 2017, and also serves as the Director of Global Biopharma Sales since September 2019.
Michael Franco obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boston University, graduating between 1990 and 1994. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2000 to 2002. Michael later attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Michael completed their high school education at ETE LAURO GOMES between 1985 and 1987, specializing in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.
