Rohan Chudasama

Rohan Chudasama serves as Vice President and Growth Investor at PSG, a growth equity firm specializing in lower middle-market software and technology-enabled services. At PSG since September 2018, Rohan focuses on helping companies navigate transformational growth and capitalizing on strategic opportunities. Prior to PSG, Rohan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, concentrating on M&A in the SaaS-based training and education sectors, and served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Moelis & Company, where Rohan gained experience in TMT M&A transactions. Additional roles include internships at Brocair Partners LLC and MTN Capital Partners LLC, as well as earlier positions as a Financial Assistant at Agile Microwave Technology Inc. and Business Administrator at Hitec Computers. Rohan Chudasama earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business in 2017.
