Nicolas de Vos

Nicolas De Vos is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in the steel industry, currently working at PSI Metals since September 2012. Nicolas's responsibilities encompass the full software development lifecycle, focusing on scheduling and planning tools, optimization algorithms, and user interfaces. Previously serving as a product manager, Nicolas oversaw a globally utilized scheduling tool for steel producers and managed the development of a new software component integrating multiple products. Prior experience includes working as a supply chain consultant at Advanced Information Systems, where Nicolas participated in Advanced Planning and Scheduling projects across Europe. Nicolas holds a degree in applied mathematics with a focus on operational research from Université catholique de Louvain and additional certifications in project management and supply chain management from PSI AG and APICS, respectively.
