Neal Baer

Neal Baer has extensive experience in operations and management. Neal is currently the Senior Director of Operations at PSI Services LLC, where they lead the North American Test Channel and oversees the Global Help Desk, Security, and Training Functions. Prior to that, they worked as a Demand Planning Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. From 2008 to 2017, Baer held various roles at Prometric Testing Pvt. Ltd., including Test Center Development and Manager of Delivery Services. Neal also has management trainee experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Neal Baer attended McDaniel College from 2002 to 2007, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications.
