Richard Shen

Richard Shen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and therapeutics sectors. Since January 2019, Richard serves as Managing Director at Sedgwick Yard. In addition to this role, Richard co-founded InnDura Therapeutics in October 2021, where the position of CEO is held, and also co-founded Endotope Biosciences in September 2023, currently serving as a Board Member. Richard has been a Board Member at Akamis Bio since January 2021 and previously held the same position at DJS Antibodies until its acquisition by AbbVie in October 2022. Richard's academic background includes pursuing an MSc in Experimental & Translational Therapeutics at the University of Oxford and holding a BA and MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
