William Pol

Quantum Applications: Compilation Lead at PsiQuantum

William Pol has extensive experience in the field of quantum applications, currently serving as Compilation Lead and Architect at PsiQuantum since August 2019, following roles as a Junior Quantum Architect and Quantum Architecture Intern. Previously, William worked as an Application Developer at QC Ware Corp., where circuit-model quantum algorithms were studied and implemented, along with drafting provisional patents and presenting at the Q2B '17 conference. Earlier experience includes being a Summer Fellow at the James Franck Institute, conducting research on particle behavior, and interning in the University of Miami Physics Department, contributing to a rocket data collection project. William also volunteered as a Sailing and Waterfront Volunteer at Ransom Everglades School Summer Camp. William earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Chicago in 2018, after graduating from Ransom Everglades High School in 2014.
