Irwan Hage

Irwan Hage currently serves as the Learning Operational and Budget Control Senior Officer at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, a position held since July 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating the planning, implementation, and reporting of various programs. Previously, Irwan worked as a Learning Partner, focusing on the design and expansion of training and development programs tailored to organizational and individual needs. Irwan also has experience in the Operations Development Program, where customer engagement was enhanced through answering inquiries about bank products and services. Prior to that, Irwan contributed to PT BNI Life in a Bancassurance role, providing financial solutions through health, retirement, education, and investment insurance products. Irwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universitas Sriwijaya, obtained in 2015.
