Since 1993, James has held various leadership roles at P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd, including Group Director, Director, Senior Associate, and Senior Architect. Previously, James worked as an Architect at Cullearn & Philips Architects from 1990 to 1993. James holds two Bachelor's degrees from Victoria University of Manchester, one in Architecture and another in Arts (Architecture) (Hons.).
