Badar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Badar started as a Technician at Telekomunikasi Indonesia in 2006 before moving on to Clarion Hotel & Convention Center as a Marketing Support in 2010. Badar then transitioned to PT. Serasi Autoraya as a Marketing Officer from 2011 to 2017. Following this, they worked as an Operation Control at PT. Serasi Logistics Indonesia from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent (MPM Rent) from September 2021 onwards.

Badar earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Universitas Hasanuddin, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
