Andrian Luthfianto

Andrian Luthfianto possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at PT. Trakindo Utama since September 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations for four mining sites with a workforce of 300 employees. Prior to this role, Andrian held various HR positions at PT. Matahari Putra Prima from January 1995 to September 2004, culminating as HR Manager. Academic credentials include a Magister Management degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Pancasila (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Indonesia (1990-1994). Early education was completed at SMAN 12 from 1987 to 1990.
