James Chou

James Chou is a seasoned professional in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics, currently serving as the Senior Director of DMPK at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, James held various senior positions at FibroGen, Inc. from December 2005 to April 2023, including Senior Director and Director of PK/ADME. James's career began at Lilly from 1994 to 2000, followed by roles at TAP, Chiron, and an extensive scientific background in PKDM. Academically, James earned a PhD in Chemistry from Columbia University and completed postdoctoral research at Rockefeller University.
