Jeff Dyer

Jeff Dyer serves as the Executive Director and Head of Financial Systems and Consolidation COE at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., since October 2018, with prior roles including Senior Director and Director of Accounting and Consolidation. Before PTC, Jeff was the Manager of Technical Accounting at PVH from April 2015 to September 2018, overseeing corporate balance sheet management and financial reporting. Jeff's career also includes a role as Associate Director of Internal Audit at Merck, where analysis of business environments and compliance with GAAP were key responsibilities, and as Manager in Assurance and Advisory Business Services at EY, focusing on audits and regulatory filings. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
