Ritesh Gayadin serves as a part-time lecturer at Anton de Kom Universiteit van Suriname since March 2024. Holding the position of Head of Laboratory at N.V. Surinaamsche Waterleiding Mij since September 2012, Ritesh oversees the monitoring of drinking water quality, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Additionally, Ritesh is appointed as project manager for the WATER SUPPLY MODERNIZATION PROGRAM funded by the Inter-American Development Bank from May 2023 to January 2028, with a budget of US$5.09 million. Ritesh also works as a quality officer at Polytechnic College and has previously held roles as a part-time lecturer and senior laboratory technician at various institutions. Ritesh holds an MBA in Innovation and Technology from TSM Business School, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Anton de Kom Universiteit, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from PTC- University of Applied Sciences. Educational background includes studies at Natuurtechnisch Instituut from 2003 to 2007.

Het PTC, opgericht in 1997, is een hogere technische beroepsopleiding waar project- en praktijkgericht onderwijs, kennis én technische innovatie voorop staan. Erkend door de staat Suriname, kent het PTC op dit moment drie sectoren. De sector Techniek is een 5-jarige avondopleiding met de studierichtingen Elektrotechniek, Infrastructuur en Werktuigbouwkunde, Informatie Communicatie Technologie, Hoger Laboratorium Onderwijs en Internationaal Ondernemerschap in de Agroketen. Afgestudeerden van deze studierichtingen dragen de titel Bachelor of Applied Technology (B.Tech).
