Chuck Urso

Chuck Urso has extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at PTC since January 2014. Previously, Chuck was a Partner (non-equity) at Pond North LLP from 2008 to 2013, representing businesses of various sizes in complex transactions and litigation. Prior roles include General Counsel at Bacon Whitney LLC, where an in-house legal division was established following a spin-off, and Associate General Counsel at Service America Group, Inc., providing legal support for a leader in SaaS-based food service and franchise platforms. Earlier career stages involved positions as Senior Associate at Morrison Mahoney LLP, Associate at Michienzie & Sawin LLC, and Contract Attorney at Murtha Cullina LLP. Chuck holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and an A.B. from Muhlenberg College.
