Joerg Huehner

Joerg Huehner is an experienced professional in customer success and solutions architecture, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Management for the Americas at PTC since August 2011. Huehner is responsible for protecting and growing annual recurring revenue in the Midwest region. Previously held roles include Principal Strategic Success Manager and Principal Solutions Architect at PTC, where contributions included championing IIoT and augmented reality development, managing key projects for Ford, and leading the customization of service lifecycle management solutions for Caterpillar, Inc. Prior to PTC, experience at PROSTEP INC. involved developing automated data migration solutions for clients such as Tesla and Honda, while earlier work at PROSTEP AG focused on improving project efficiency in manufacturing and automotive sectors for companies like Airbus and Volkswagen. Huehner holds a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
