Patrick Aiello

Patrick Aiello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, and customer success within the technology industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Operations at PTC since February 2016, Aiello focuses on enhancing the company's enterprise applications for manufacturers and businesses. Previous roles include Senior Director of Customer Success at ServiceSource, where Aiello contributed to cloud-based recurring revenue management solutions, and various leadership positions at Polycom, driving service renewal sales and business development across North America and CALA. Aiello's career began at Cabletron Systems with a focus on service sales and channel development. Aiello earned a BS in Economics from Suffolk University in 1981.
