David Craven has extensive experience in technical support, beginning with a role at Digitech International from 2001 to 2007, followed by a position at Chamberlain Access Solutions until December 2011. Since then, David has been serving as a Technical Support Representative at PTI Security Systems. Prior to this career, David served in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1992, achieving the rank of Fire Controlman 1st Class (E-6) and gaining expertise in leadership, advanced digital electronics, and radar electronics. David holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Systems from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
