Grishma P. is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer and Solutions Architect at PTI Security Systems since October 2019, Grishma has successfully enhanced existing solutions for performance and scalability while leading cross-functional teams and defining architectural best practices. Prior to this, roles included Software Engineer II at PTI Security Systems, where Grishma focused on developing RESTful APIs and refactoring legacy applications, as well as a Consultant and Sr. Analyst at Avanade. Grishma has also contributed to Norfolk Southern Corporation as a .Net Application Developer, revitalizing their asset management system, and began a career as a DBA & Programming Intern at Expert Financial Systems. Grishma holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
