Gerd Serfontein is a seasoned professional in the field of traffic engineering and product management, currently serving as a Technical Product Manager at PTV Group since July 2022. Previously, Gerd held the position of Abteilungsleiter Straßenbau at Stadt Ravensburg from February 2019 to June 2022, along with a role as Traffic Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Traffic Planner for Universitätsstadt Tübingen between 2016 and 2018, and as a Project Engineer at PTV Group from 2011 to 2016. Gerd's academic background includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Bauingenieur from the University of Stuttgart, obtained between 1998 and 2004, along with a position as Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Universität Stuttgart from 2004 to 2011.
