Michael Yip has extensive work experience in the field of technology and architecture. Michael started their career in 1999 at JPR Architects as a Receptionist and Student Architect. In 1999, they also began working at UNSW Australia as a Co-Director and later as a Lecturer until 2009. Since 1999, they have been with PTW, initially as a Senior Associate and Technology Lead, and currently as an Associate Director and Technology Lead.
Michael Yip earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) between 1995 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Accredited Professional from the Green Building Council of Australia, Justice of the Peace from the Department of Justice NSW, and Registered Architect from the NSW Architects Registration Board.
