Claudia Sori

Claudia Sori has extensive work experience in various roles. Claudia began their career in 1997 as a Sales Manager for Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, where they focused on Latin America and the Caribbean market. In 2003, they joined Quality Hotel Santo Domingo as a Sales Manager until 2005.

Later, Claudia transitioned to Public Consulting Group in 2010. Claudia started as a Senior Claims Analyst and worked in that position until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Production Analyst within the company. Subsequently, they were promoted to the role of Operational Analyst 2, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Claudia is employed by Public Consulting Group as a Lead Operations Analyst.

Claudia Sori obtained a Certificate in Medical Coding & Billing from US Career Institute in 2007. In 2003, they completed a Training program in Customer Service Support/Call Center/Teleservice Operation at Johnson & Wales University. Prior to that, in 2002, they earned a Diplomat degree in High Management from Universidad del Caribe in the Dominican Republic. Claudia'seducation journey began at Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1991 to 1996.
