Nicholas Aynesworth

Nicholas Aynesworth is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience in HR management, training, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Learning & Development Specialist at the Public Health Institute since January 2022, Nicholas focuses on employee development, performance management, and employee relations. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Analyst at The Asia Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed HR analysis, training implementation, and compliance, as well as managerial positions at Trident Information Services International, Totally Games, and various HR roles through Ajilon Financial. Nicholas holds an MBA in International Management from Barcelona Business School and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
