Binka Hamarova

Binka Lubica Hamarova is an experienced professional currently serving as an Impact Evaluation Associate at PUBLIC, where expertise is applied in evaluating and estimating the impact of digital initiatives for UK government bodies. Previously, Binka held multiple roles at The World Bank, including Principal Investigator and Country Coordinator, focusing on socio-economic exclusion among Roma communities in Central and Eastern Europe. Binka's background includes policy analysis at the Ministry of investment, regional development, and informatization in Slovakia, research assistance at Národná banka Slovenska, and impact investment analysis at UFF Agri Asset Management. Additionally, Binka was a co-founder of GetIntern and served as chairperson of the De Facultaire Studentenraad, promoting sustainability in academic programs. Binka holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam.
