Emma Smith

Emma Smith is an experienced legal professional specializing in data protection and privacy law. Currently serving as the Lead Data Protection Lawyer for the UK & Ireland and International Data Privacy Lawyer at Publicis Groupe since August 2021, Emma has previously held the position of Head of Legal EMEA and APAC at Optimizely from May 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes work as a Legal Associate and Candidate Attorney at Michalsons Attorneys from January 2016 to October 2018.
