Jitender Batra

Jitender Batra is a seasoned professional currently serving as Managing Director at Publicis Sapient since January 2020, where the focus is on building and scaling a Customer Engagement practice aimed at transforming customer-centric marketing for Chief Marketing Officers in retail and consumer-driven sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director at AlixPartners from 2016 to 2020, where Jitender excelled in developing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth within the consumer products practice. Between 2003 and 2015, Jitender was a Principal at The Cambridge Group, successfully managing key client relationships and consistently meeting business development targets. Earlier in the career, Jitender served as Department Manager at Teknor Apex Company from 1994 to 2001, directing a significant manufacturing operation and achieving a successful product line turnaround.
