Caroline Diao possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as VP Talent for Publicis Groupe China since April 2019, while also holding the position of Chief Talent Officer for Publicis Worldwide since November 2011. Prior to these roles, Caroline made significant contributions as Human Resources Director for Greater China at FCB Global from July 2007 to November 2011 and as Senior HR Manager at Ketchum from May 1998 to July 2007. Caroline's career reflects a strong commitment to developing talent and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the Greater China region.
