Katherine Trueblood

Katherine Trueblood is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as Employee Relations & Development Manager at Puffer-Sweiven since September 2010, Katherine focuses on delivering and developing HR services and solutions, including employee relations, performance management, and training activities to align with the organization’s strategic goals. Previously, as a Human Resources Generalist at Lindora Medical Clinics from October 1994 to August 2010, Katherine excelled in employee relations, training and development, and various HR functions within a multi-unit healthcare setting. Katherine holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
