David Landers

David Landers has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of System Planning - Clean Energy Strategy & Planning at Puget Sound Energy since May 2004, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 70 engineers in developing significant capital investment plans for carbon-free energy delivery. David has held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering - Operations, where oversight involved more than 200 employees, and Manager positions that focused on engineering, project management, and business energy management. Prior to Puget Sound Energy, David worked as a Senior Engineer at Exelon and as a Project Engineer at Systems Corp, emphasizing energy efficiency projects. David holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, a Bachelor's degree in the same field, and additional certifications in Utility Management and Energy Studies.
