Eva Urbatsch

Eva Urbatsch, PE, CMVP, CEM, currently serves as a Senior Energy Management Engineer at Puget Sound Energy since April 2023. Simultaneously, Eva holds the position of Senior Industrial Energy Efficiency QC Engineer at Cascade Energy, overseeing a team of 18 engineers and validating energy savings calculations across a six-state service territory. Prior experience includes roles as Energy Efficiency Engineer at BPA with both CorSource and Aerotek, where Eva became a key quality control point and internal subject matter expert in measurement and verification techniques for complex energy efficiency projects. Additional positions include Resource Efficiency Manager at Sain Engineering Associates Inc., Staff Engineer at CH2M HILL, and Research Assistant at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Eva earned an MA in Science, Technology, and Public Policy with a concentration in Environmental Management from The George Washington University, and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Iowa State University.
