Jeff Neumann

Jeff Neumann is an experienced IT infrastructure leader, currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure at Puget Sound Energy since April 2016, where responsibilities include providing mission-critical services and solutions across the Pacific Northwest. Prior to this role, Jeff Neumann held multiple leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including IT Director of Integrated Service Operations, overseeing a team of 220 across the US and Ireland, and Director of IT Hosting Services, managing 24x7 support for critical services across three data centers. Jeff Neumann began their career at Safeco Insurance, serving as IT Director of End User Support, managing a technical support organization until its acquisition by Liberty Mutual. Jeff Neumann completed the Energy Executive Course at the University of Idaho in 2021 and holds education credentials from the University of Washington from 1994 to 1996.
