Patrick Casper

Patrick Casper is an accomplished product development and program manager currently at Puget Sound Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing product initiatives and program management since December 2021. Previously, Patrick served as a Program Manager at CEE, focusing on Integrated Demand Side Management programs and the Integrated Home Initiative.
