Ray Hisayasu

Ray Hisayasu, PE, has extensive experience in the utility industry, particularly with Puget Sound Energy, where employment began in 1978 and continued until retirement in 2012. During the tenure, roles included Supervisor of Regional System Planning and Lead Consulting Engineer System Planning, overseeing planners to enhance the capacity and reliability of the electric distribution system.
