Shakisha Ross is an experienced professional currently serving as the Energy Equity Program Manager for Community Partnerships at Puget Sound Energy since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading community partnerships to promote energy equity for underserved populations and representing the organization in regulatory matters. Prior to this role, Shakisha worked as the Senior Community Engagement Representative for Pierce County & Military Communities, managing various community issues related to equity and inclusion. Previous experience includes serving as a Workforce Program and Investment Specialist at the City of Tacoma, a Field Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives, and roles in campaign management and food service program coordination within the City of Seattle. Shakisha holds a B.A. in Interior Design and Political Science from Seattle Pacific University and an A.A. in General Studies from Pierce College.
