Karen Solveig Rieckmann

Karen Solveig Rieckmann currently serves as Chief of Staff for Global Field Operations at PULA, an agricultural insurance and technology company focused on supporting smallholder farmers. Rieckmann has extensive experience in program operations and management, with previous roles at myAgro, where responsibilities included Head of Program Operations, Program Director, Country Director, and Program Manager. Additionally, Rieckmann was an ILO Entrepreneurship Trainer, providing valuable training in business development. Earlier experience includes project management positions at GFA Consulting Group GmbH and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, specializing in education, skills, and employment. Rieckmann holds a Master's Degree in International Development from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science, Political Science, and Social- and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Münster.
