Gemma Hickey

Gemma Hickey (née Hardy) is currently a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Pulsant, a UK-based digital edge infrastructure company, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Gemma served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at GoTo from May 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included full recruitment cycles and employer branding for the Asia Pacific region. Gemma's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as a Senior Account Manager at Bluefin Resources, focusing on digital recruitment in Sydney, and previous roles in market research recruitment and insights at Boyce Recruitment and Metro Newspaper UK, respectively. Gemma holds an International Business Management degree from Newcastle University and studied at the University of Graz.
