Simon Bain

Simon Bain is a Senior System Engineer at Pulsant since June 2016, previously serving as a Technical Support Engineer. With a diverse background in IT support, Simon has worked at companies such as trivago, Onyx Group, and Knowledge IT, where expertise was developed from a service desk analyst role to a technical support engineer position. Earlier experience includes IT support and web development at DMJ, focusing on website design and account management. Simon holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Computing and IT from The Open University, alongside prior education at Stockton Riverside College and Sedgefield Community College.
