Philip Oster

Philip Oster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of applied physics and laser technology. Currently serving as the head of the laser application center at Pulsar Photonics GmbH since 2014, Philip has successfully developed the business unit from one employee to approximately 30, coordinating over 300 external projects annually and driving customer development from prototypes to serial production. Philip's previous role as the head of the laser application center at Fraunhofer ILT from 2013 to 2014 and experience as a student assistant at Fußballverband Rheinland e.V. highlight a strong foundation in both project management and technical expertise. Philip holds a Master of Science in Technical Physics from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz, complemented by a Master's thesis at Fraunhofer ILT and an Abitur from Kurfürst Salentin Gymnasium Andernach.
