Thomas Uhlenbruck has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they were a Student Field Technician at Rouse Surveyors Inc. In 2015, they worked as an Engineering Student and Field Inspector at IBI Group. In 2016, they were a Student Modelling Technician at Environment and Climate Change Canada. From 2017 onwards, they have been a Founder at Pulse Industrial, bringing new tech to old industries, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo.

Thomas Uhlenbruck attended the University of Waterloo from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering.
