Throughout their career, Rich has been responsible for managing P&L, sales, account management, implementations, and customer service, demonstrating their expertise in the industry. Rich holds a Master's degree in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Carthage College.
