Mall Bynell

Mall Bynell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and international relations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Pulsen since April 2021, Mall Bynell leads market potential analysis for Pulsen Omsorg's products. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia from July 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included consular services and crisis management, alongside developing efficient work processes. Earlier positions include client service at Regus and sales assistance at ZARA SA, as well as interpretation and administrative support for the OSCE. Mall Bynell possesses a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Tallinn University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Tartu, complemented by an exchange year at Universidad de Zaragoza.
