Meir Shmouely has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Meir is currently the VP R&D Software at Pulsenmore since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for many years, where they held several senior director positions in software engineering. These roles include Sr. Director of Software Engineering for Azure from 2016 to 2022, Sr. Director of Software Engineering for Skype from 2013 to 2016, Sr. Director of Software Engineering for Xbox in 2012, Sr. Director of Software Engineering for MSN from 2009 to 2012, and Director of Software Engineering for Windows from 2006 to 2009. Meir also served as a Software Engineering Manager for ISA from 1995 to 2006.

Meir Shmouely received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1993. Meir then pursued a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institute, which they completed in 1995.
