Earlier in their career, Angel held various roles at BlackBerry and Samsung Electronics, where they focused on enterprise sales, strategic alliances, and business development. Angel started their career at Microsoft, where they held positions in partner development, marketing services, and mid-market sales.

In 1987 to 1989, they attended Fundación Universidad de Carabobo (FUNDAUC) where they pursued a degree in Programmer Analyst focused on Computer Software Engineering.
From 1991 to 1996, Angel enrolled at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
Finally, from 1998 to 2001, they studied at IESA and obtained a Master's degree in Finance.
