Ayesha Harden

Ayesha Harden is a seasoned recruiting leader with extensive experience in technical and business recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Pulumi, Ayesha previously held prominent roles at VMware, including Manager of Talent Discovery and Talent Discovery Lead, where responsibilities included managing a team of sourcing partners and developing strategic sourcing approaches to attract diverse candidates. Ayesha began their career in recruitment at Chef Software and also gained experience at Amazon as a Recruiting Coordinator. Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Western Oregon University.
