Charles Eyler

Charles Eyler is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology industry. At Puma Biotechnology, Inc., from September 2011 to the present, Charles served as SVP Finance, playing a key role in developing financial reporting, budgeting, SEC reporting, and internal control systems, while also establishing banking and asset management relationships. Prior to this, Charles was the Senior Vice President, Finance at Cougar Biotechnology, Inc. from August 2004 to March 2010, where collaboration with the CEO facilitated the company's transition from a small private entity to a public reporting company, culminating in its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson.
